With our tenth anniversary fast approaching, it has become clear that networks of freelance coaches and consultants have reached maturity. Permanent exchange of know-how and experience enables us today to offer professional coaching, team coaching as well as other development-geared activities to organizations great and small, in Belgium and abroad.

 

After gaining work experience with the current Actiris organization (4 years), Gamma Consulting (4 years) and GITP (4 years), I decided in 2003 to become a self-employed operator. The cooperation with major HR Consultancy firms primarily offered opportunities for deepening professional insights. I received academic training in psychology and became a licensed psychologist (licensing number 651103161). In 2005, I completed a long coaching training. Ever since, I have been attending various master classes every year. As a result, my services are really state-of-the-art.

 

With more than 25 years of experience in the world of HR Consultancy, I know this market quite well. I am also very fortunate to have the privilege of working with such outstanding partners and clients.
